Job Description / Responsibility
- Greet all visitors and clients & provide all information according to their queries and requirements;
- Handle KYC software for every visitor and coordinate with the concerned person for approval;
- Answer all incoming phone calls, keep notes and transfer to concern person/department if required;
- Monitor housekeeping of the building & make work plan
- Receive all queries, requests and complaints of tenants of office building and provide required services to them;
- Maintain proper record of received queries, requests and complaints of customers;
- Housekeeping, Mobile sim management, & maintain bill payments,utility bill management (Desco, Wasa, Titas gas etc) & arrangement of programs, festival & ceremonies.
- Assist any other administrative works as required.
Masters/ MBA in any discipline from reputed university.

- Age 28 to 30 years
- Working experience in front office/customer care with a reputed corporate house.
- Must have good English communication skill both in written & oral.
- Looking good & pleasant personality with positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
