Job Description / Responsibility
- Management of the front desk/reception counters.
- Serving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answering and forwarding phone calls (internal and external) with basic and perfect information,
- Call interviewees for interview as per schedule given by human resources
- Attending incoming and outgoing calls if any.
- Responsible for dispatching courier mails and keeping a record of them.
- Maintenance of Visitor Register.
- Monitoring reception area to keep it neat and clean
- Maintain notice board in coordination with HR Dept.
- Any other responsibility directed by Top Management
- Any other works assigned by the authority.
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Only females are allowed to apply
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong communication skill
- Smart and pleasant looking, sound health and clear voice,
- Good command over Bangla and English,
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software,
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize work under pressure,
- Able to deliver information in technical but pleasant way.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels
- Experience in large organization is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure, Good social and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to store and record information accurately.
- Salary Review: Yearly
- Festival Bonus: 2
