Job Description / Responsibility
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Guide clients in finding their way around the office.
- Announce clients as necessary and issue visitor pass where required.
- Receive message and deliver the same to the required visitor.
- Make emergency call when required and follow through.
- Update directory information.
- Ensure safe and clean reception lobby.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes etc.
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Answer, forward, and screen phone calls.
- Receive, sort and distribute mails.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the authority.
Must be a Graduate in any subject.
At least 5 year(s)
- Age 30 to 45 years
- At least 5 years working experience in related field in any reputed organization
- Well conversant in spoken English and Bangla is essential
- Must have knowledge on telephone operator board or PABX switchboard
