Job Description / Responsibility
- Supervise a business development team.
- Visit potential doctors and institutes to promote the services for boosting up sales.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products & services.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base (i.e. Doctors, corporates, individual patients).
- Develop and maintain B2B and B2C business.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.
- Recruiting and training sales staff.
- Allocating areas to Business Developments executives.
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Reporting to senior managers.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors. In some jobs, you may also be involved with marketing.
- Monitor and collect information of competitor activities.
- Ensure the transparency in all kind of transactions.
- Organize different events i.e. seminars , health clinics, health camps, focus meeting etc
Minimum Graduates. Life science graduate s will be preferred.
At least 6 year(s)
- Minimum 06 years' experience in Hospital / Diagnostics Center.
- Ability to manage difficult customers.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Keen interest in business development.
- Good influencing skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Open to travel.
- Ready to take up challenges in the role.
- High on Energy.
