Job Description / Responsibility
- Have the ability to lead the team.
- Preparing sales budget, Credit recovery plan, Promotions plan
- Maintain effective & strong relationship with dealer and retailers
- Ensure after sales services
- Managing TSM & Customers to achieve business objectives
- Ensure sales target and evaluate dealer's performance
- Ensure efficient and effective credit management as per company policy
- Organize and monitor promotional activities to ensure targeted sales objective.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and its execution for districts in support of national objectives.
- Organizing and conducting training/briefing and product demonstration session for his field force, distributors/dealers and Retails
- Time to time different report preparation and submission to the Management as per their requirements
- Minimum Gradute/Masters/MBA in Marketing(IT Product Knowledge Preferable)
