Job Description / Responsibility
- To handle labor court/civil/criminal court cases.
- Filing case in Thana/Court as and when necessary.
- Initiating & conducting all legal proceedings, drafting legal documents (notice/letters/contract/agreements/deed etc.) as and when required.
- Review progress of outstanding lawsuit and liaison with external lawyers.
- Liaison with Govt. & Non-Govt. offices and solve assigned task on time.
- Deal with any external factors or outsiders which threaten normal activity of the business.
- Obtaining necessary approvals, permission, licenses, certificates, NOCs from the Govt. & Non-Govt. authorities, agencies/associations to fulfill the proper compliance as required for the company.
- Maintain all case files effectively.
- Prepare various reports on legal and corporate activities.
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Perform such other duties and responsibilities whenever assigned by supervisor.
- LL.B/LL.M from any reputed university with membership as an advocate in Bangladesh Bar Council.

- Candidate must have working experience in Legal and Corporate Affairs in reputed Group of Industries/Company/Large NGO.
- Must have excellent communication & coordination skills in English & Bengali.
- Knowledge of MS office & Internet browsing.
- Efficiently manage and meet deadlines.
- Build ownership on the Company, self-driven, self-motivated and will deliver the best to the Company.
