Job Description / Responsibility
- To organize, monitor, coordinate, control & supervise the overall activities relating to sales and managing sales teams,.
- To monitor everyday sales, collection and work progress of teams
- To ensure implementation of team work to fulfil Key Performance Indicators (KPI) requirement
- To ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and collection target achievement through Common Reporting Format developed for this purpose.
- To visit field extensively for market survey and as well as for potential client hunt.
- To have literacy in computer, e-mail & software uses.
B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university. MBA will be given preference
7 to 8 year(s)
- Minimum 7-6 years practical experience in selling/marketing engineering products, preferably steel structure
- Should have proven examples of success history and contributions in organization where he worked earlier
