Job Description / Responsibility
- Provide Quality Service to the customer over online communication (eg: E-Mails, Web chat, Social Media) to ensure smooth operation and positive customer experience.
- Maintain Targeted KPI on a regular Basis.
- Answering incoming call from customer and ensure instant customer satisfaction on product quality.
- Responsible for making outbound an follow-up calls,
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product quality, Complaints and feedbacks.
- Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures,
- Maintaining high standard of call quality as per requirement of the organization.
- Handle each and every client with care and honesty.
- Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill.
Bachelor degree in any discipline
At least 1 year(s)
- Age 22 to 28 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Strong Communication skill both in English and Bengali.
- Very Good Typing Speed in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and problem solving skills,
- Basic Computer skills and knowledge in office application.
- Positive service mindset with helping attitude.
- Should have the mind to work in shifting basis.
