Job Description / Responsibility

  • Out-bound tele-calling for mobile based insurance products
  • Call and pitch micro-insurance products to potential customers
  • Listen to & handle customer queries about products & services effectively
  • Update customer information on database after every call
  • Ensuring highest quality of individual sales
  • Follow the pre-defined pitch & the entire calling process accurately
  • Provide right information to customers in professional tone & attitude
  • Ensuring overall team performance
  • Meet & exceed individual sales quota provided by Team Leader
  • Put in the 'Extra Mile' to achieve overall team goals
