Job Description / Responsibility
- Need to communicate customer over phone to confirm orders
- Need to communicate with restaurants and manage orders on time
- Have to resolve issues related to customer and restaurants.
- Need to take order from control panel and resolve issues
HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Age at least 20 years
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Should have good verbal and written communication in English and oral in Bangla
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work in any shift/ roster.
