Job Description / Responsibility
- Maintaining both verbal & mail communication with customers.
- Answering incoming calls from customers, taking inquiries, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems and providing information.
- Follow up customers calls.
- All other activities assigned by management.
- Minimum graduation/ hon's completed.
- Strong communication skill (Fluent in Bangla / English writing)
- Age 20 to 35 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Very good English typing skill.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (i.e. Microsoft Office, excel).
- Should have excellent interpersonal & communication skill
- Should be keen to learn, Well-disciplined and well mannered.
- Ready to work on flexible hours as directed by the Management.
- Day Shift / Night Shift for customer support
