Job Description / Responsibility

  • Maintaining both verbal & mail communication with customers.
  • Answering incoming calls from customers, taking inquiries, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems and providing information.
  • Follow up customers calls.
  • Tele-Marketing
  • All other activities assigned by management.

  • Minimum graduation/ hon's completed.
  • Strong communication skill (Fluent in Bangla / English writing)

Job Requirements

  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Very good English typing skill.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (i.e. Microsoft Office, excel).
  • Should have excellent interpersonal & communication skill
  • Should be keen to learn, Well-disciplined and well mannered.
  • Ready to work on flexible hours as directed by the Management.
