Area Sales In-Charge will be responsible for development and execution of distribution, sales and Bank business priorities in the assigned Area. She/He will ensure availability of City Agent Banking products at maximum point of sales/Outlet point by managing agents` / service providers of that area and manage proper execution of agent activities in order to gain maximum trade push and provide best customer experience to attain sales objectives. She/He will provide regular standard market feedback on Area specific market activity to Regional Head.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Attain Area Sales Target by ensuring proper distribution of products in all Master Agents/Distributors & outlet points
- Visiting coverage area to ensure all necessary support to outlets and also visit the new area to source new agent points
- Primary selection of agent/outlet of a particular area and arrange initial interview with Regional Head for final selection
- Lead the Area Team by setting right direction, focus & priorities to drive & achieve business goals
- Lead and motivate all channel partners and their Field Force to strongly promote City Bank Agent Banking products & induce push sales & ensure smooth operation of agent banking
- Manage regular and on demand (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and/or Ad-hoc) reports according to business requirements
- 4 Years of Graduation or Masters in any discipline from a reputed university.
