The position of Territory Manager – Sales, Beverage (FMCG) will be responsible for sales of Beverage Line.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Collect and update competitor’s product price, feature and promotional activities and develop excellent trade relations with different traders and customers.
- Ensure coverage by identifying new areas and outlets and adding them to routs.
- Ensure 100% Numeric and highest weighted distribution and display merchandising of all products including planogram display.
- Ensure 100% cooler purity and charging.
- Visit market as per tour plan and keep monitoring of attendance, tour plan and market visit of all subordinate field force and ensuring achievement of 100% secondary sales in every month including daily product based 4% target achievement.
- Ensure products availability and provide feedback and market information to the management from time to time.
- Prepared monthly sales report and Competitors sales & activity report.
- Keep the market-based outlet list and having a clear concept/information about market due of distributors and reporting every week.
- Achieve manpower productivity as per target is given by the company.
- Taking cent percent effective measures for the implementation of Digisales, monitoring Sales Chassis and informing concerned senior official accordingly.
- MBA major in Marketing or Master Degree in any discipline.
- Educational qualification may be relaxed for the deserving candidates.
At least 3 year(s)
- Having relevant 3 years working experience in FMCG product (Specially Beverage).
- Should be computer literate and should have a personal laptop
- Should have motorcycle driving skill
