Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop trusting relationships with customers.
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of major user needs and requirements.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet targets.
- Forecast, track and report on key account metrics and customer insights.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or in a relevant role with positive references.
- Strong verbal communication skills, including active listening.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and practices and proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Ability to think strategically.
- High level of professionalism, including punctuality and reliability.
