Job Description / Responsibility
- Planning and controlling sales to meet organizational sales target.
- Gathering customers, competitors and market information to plan and execute sales strategies properly.
- Ensuring in active involvement of developing short and long-term sales/ trade policies/guidelines related to trade/channels and their effective implementation.
- Monitoring & supervising daily activities of sales team and endow with necessary guidelines.
- Analyzing market trends and recommending changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Analyzing & monitoring party wise sales, payments and dues. Submission monthly sales statement and necessary report.
- Preparing comprehensive monthly & yearly sales forecast upholding Sales & Operation Process (S&OP)
- Developing market geographically and demographically.
- Ensuring supply & proper distribution of products cost effectively.
- Solving various types of problems and handling complaints of both dealers and consumers with high priority to satisfy their needs and concerns.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Marketing
