Job Description / Responsibility
- Forming strategic partnerships with organizations across industries, establishing localized alliances, ensuring communication & branding of rewards programs.
- Maintaining liaison with brand alliance partners and regularly collecting data of offer effectiveness.
- Overseeing My Aarong Rewards & Club Taaga operations and promotional campaigns.
- Engaging in data mining of customer information to targeted marketing campaigns and ensuring customer data health.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors and assisting to improvise CRM systems.
- Supervising customer complain resolution & managing overall customer experience.
- Preparing performance reports, quarterly presentations on campaigns and programme progress.
Graduate/ Post Graduate in Marketing/ Economics/ Statistics/ International Business from any reputed university
At least 3 year(s)
- Age at most 35 years
- Knowledge about marketing mix and digital marketing tools, data mining, E-Commerce
- Knowledge about budgeting and campaign management
