Job Description / Responsibility
- Achieving total level value & volume target and ensuring optimum products distribution & visibility
- Performing primary sales order management and verifying secondary sales
- Coordinating direct market channel development activities and establishing new distribution channel, market, territory & belt for achieving sales goal
- Performing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasting, planning, evaluation and preparing action plan accordingly.
- Preparing periodic sales report and analyzing performance against program to determine their effectiveness
- Meeting with retailers & wholesalers on regular basis and assisting immediate subordinate in maintaining relationship, negotiation and closing deals.
- Monitoring distributors' stock, ensuring timely payment from distributors and receiving claim adjustment.
- Directly supervising Area Sales Managers, monitoring the activities of TSO, SO & Distributors and providing regular feedback to Divisional Sales Manager.
- MBA/ Masters From Reputed Universities (Preferably from Business Background))

- Age at most 37 years
- Candidates with 7-8 years of experience in Sales Function with at least 3 years of experience in similar position in relevant industry (FMCG) will get preference
- Good Communications skills with computer literacy (MS Word & MS Excel)
