Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop food / drink products including packaging from the ground up.
- Develop pricing model to optimize profitability.
- Develop innovative marketing strategies for product launch and ensure effective execution in sales channel.
- Monitor sales and help team achieve sales objective.
- Assist supervisor in developing the Annual Marketing Plans and budget.
- Develop creative brief for advertising agencies using research-driven consumer insights.
- Assist the team in achieving marketing objectives of assigned portfolio.
- Ensure timely production of communication materials and distribution.
- Visit markets regularly to interact with the trade, health providers and customers and collect market intelligence and prepare reports.
- Understand research need and work with research team to effectively conduct the same.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
