Job Description / Responsibility
- Handle Customers at Showroom.
- Visit Offices to develop Corporate Clients.
- Achieve assigned Sales Target.
- Develop strong relationship with Customers.
- Ability to handle Clients and satisfy them (as per Service Policy of the organization).
- Graduation from any reputed university.
- Marketing background will be given preference.
- Age 22 to 26 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Applicants with 1- 2 year(s) experience (in Sales, Corporate Sales, Customer Support/Client Service, Corporate Marketing, Retail Stores/Shops) are also encouraged to apply.
- Candidates have to be Smart, Confident and Self Motivated.
- Candidates must understand Client's need and identify the scope for Sales Opportunity.
- Ability to identify potential Customers and develop sustainable relationship with them.
- Strong Price Negotiation Capability.
- Outstanding Presence of Mind with Dynamic Decision Making Capability.
- Solid Analytical Ability, Good Presentation and Convincing Skill.
- Excellent Face to Face and Over the Phone Communication Ability to convince Customers.
- Written and Oral Communication in both Bangla and English is highly desirable.
- Must have Computer Proficiency, Internet Browsing and Email using capability.
