Job Description / Responsibility
- To develop new dairy & milk based product.
- To customize existing dairy product.
- To prepare process guideline & work instruction for developed product.
- To conduct plant trial & standardization process.
- To prepare ingredient specification & product COA.
- To prepare product nutrition information.
- To follow up GMP, TPM activities.
- Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Food Nutrition Science
At least 2 year(s)
- Age at least 26 years
- Good knowledge in product development, QC & QA.
- Especially in ISO certification like QMS, FSSC, and HACCP etc.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Also, have good knowledge in dairy base product formulation, process system & packaging system of food.
