Job Description / Responsibility
- Train and develop the team to get updated always on product knowledge.
- Formulate and implement strategies to achieve the Sales Target in the assigned territory.
- Create brand value of the product(s) at the Doctor's front.
- Always update on competitor's activities and provide information to the Marketing Department for effective strategic planning.
- Planning, monitoring and achieving monthly & yearly Sales & Collection.
- Continuous monitoring of the team members for effectiveness of everyday work.
- Regular visit to Field to improve relationship and business.
- Monitor the performance of the team within the territory and reallocate resources to improve overall results.
- Other regular duties & responsibilities.
DVM, MS in Medicine (Animal Health)/ B.Sc in Animal Husbandry/ Honor's with Science background.
At least 5 year(s)
- Age at most 40 years
- 3 to 5 years experience in Sales of Veterinary Medicines.
- The candidate should be self-motivated, energetic and hard-working personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
