Job Description / Responsibility
- New recruitment Planning & whole process.
- Coordination and management of various administrative issues.
- Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization;
- Update & Maintenance all staffs attendance record on regular basis;
- Maintains Overtime log, share with the staffs to submit claims & get relevant signing & submit to Admin Assistance;
- Manage employees dinning facility.
- To prepare & submit a monthly budget for cleaning items
- Prepare monthly Training Calendar
- Prepare monthly Meeting Calendar
- Prepare power point slides for effective training
- Prepare monthly Salary,Overtime Sheet
- Maintain Provident fund.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Candidates should have BBA/ MBA (Major in HRM), PGDHRM will get prefer.
