Job Description / Responsibility

  • Planning and Managing day to day customer activities and keep up their satisfaction at an optimum level.
  • Leading a team of spirited individuals to achieve business activities
  • Ensuring outstanding service to the clients by changing working drawings as per their requirements as additional work.
  • Develop, improve and implement customer service processes and procedures.
  • Work as a cross functional leader liaising with customers to ensure faultless service to the customers.
  • Analyze customer service training programs, implement and deliver new applicable modules Requirements.
  • Solve any obligation of the clients regarding technical, construction, modification and optional works.
  • Co-ordination and supervise project works to monitor and ensure the proper modification as per requirement of the client.
  • Co-ordination with the Architect, Construction Engineer and Structural Engineer to convey the observations or comments of the clients on the products.
  • Communicating with Construction and Design Department to maintain the quality of works as recommended from the clients.
  • Co-ordination with the Procurement Department to ensure quality of the major construction materials such as steel, cement, bricks, sand etc considering the view of the clients.

Educational Requirements

  • B.Sc. In Civil Engineering from any reputed University
  • Or BBA/ MBA (Major in Marketing) will be given preference
