Job Description / Responsibility
- To provide superior customer service to our customers and continuously strive to improve the level of service delivery.
- Ensure superior service level to all customer by effectively understanding the customer's need/query, resolving complaints, providing relevant product information and responding to it in a professional and timely manner.
- Conducting product promotion to existing & potential customers over phone.
- Maintain proper documentation of complaint/request record.
- Building customer loyalty through follow-up over calls.
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
