Job Description / Responsibility
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service over phone, mail, social media, live chat etc.
- Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Respond to customer queries regarding products, orders, deliveries.
- Make out bound calls and confirm orders for shipment.
- Monitor delivery partner's activities to make sure customers are getting proper service and on time delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and take proper steps to resolve.
- Masters in any discipline

- 24X7 Rostering Duty.
- Night Shift for Male.
- Must have computer skill .
- Good voice quality (Specially in Bengali and English pronunciation).
