Job Description / Responsibility

  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Provide excellent customer service over phone, mail, social media, live chat etc.
  • Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Respond to customer queries regarding products, orders, deliveries.
  • Make out bound calls and confirm orders for shipment.
  • Monitor delivery partner's activities to make sure customers are getting proper service and on time delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints and take proper steps to resolve.
