Job Description / Responsibility
- Will be responsible for receiving complaints from Clients & Land Owners.
- Will be responsible for conducting Face to Face meeting with the valued clients regarding the changes as per the client's requirement.
- Will be responsible for providing immediate feedback to Clients about their complaints/letters after receiving them.
- Will be responsible for periodical feedback to Clients about their Complaints.
- Will be responsible to coordinate with the concerned Engineers/ Depts. to resolve received complain.
- Will be responsible for periodic follow up to resolve problems related to complaints.
- Will be responsible to maintain and update Apartment Owners and Complexes Database (in English).
- Will be responsible to maintain the bank of complaints & letters and upgrade them regularly.
- Will be responsible to document Received from others Dept. and preservation with maintain a document bank. ' '
- Will be responsible for documents acknowledgment preparation for handover.
- Will be responsible for handover various Documents to the AOA/OOA and Client of handed over Project and preserving the record.
- Will be responsible to required ICS prepare and submission to concern Department.
- Will will be responsible for coordination with Clients & other Dept for attending meeting & visit
- Will be responsible to prepare attendance sheet of Meeting and Visit.
- Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
- Graduation in Accounting or Finance.
